Job Title: Senior Executive – Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data-led Digital Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across

    Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube

    , with clear performance metrics.
  • Continuously track and refine campaign effectiveness using data dashboards.

2. Content & Communication Amplification

  • Collaborate with the Content and Strategy teams to promote our Clients’ thought leadership, case studies, and analytics stories across digital platforms.
  • Create and manage content calendars for

    LinkedIn, YouTube, and the BrandIdea blog

    , ensuring every post reflects insight-led impact.

3. SEO & Visibility Enhancement

  • Drive visibility through SEO — ensuring our Clients’ rank strongly on chosen keywords.
  • Use advanced tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify keyword gaps and competitor opportunities.

4. Web Presence & Lead Generation

  • Manage website updates, landing page optimizations, and lead forms for campaign conversions.
  • Use

    GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards

    to analyze traffic, engagement, and conversions.

5. CRM & Email Outreach

  • Manage targeted email campaigns for prospective clients, partners, and thought leadership circulation.
  • Leverage CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot / Zoho) to track engagement and nurture relationships.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the

    Strategy, Tech, and Content

    founders to align digital efforts with business goals.
  • Present performance dashboards and actionable insights that inform future marketing strategy.



Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years

    of experience in digital marketing, both in B2B and B2C space.
  • Proven ability to

    translate analytics into compelling marketing narratives.

  • Hands-on expertise with

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools

    (Ahrefs / SEMrush).
  • Experience in

    B2B lead generation

    , marketing funnels, and content-driven engagement.
  • Comfortable working in

    a fast-evolving, insights-led environment.



Education:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in

    Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics.

  • Certifications in

    Google Ads, Digital Analytics, or Marketing Automation

    preferred.
