Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Track daily sales funnel updates and field team activity; share daily performance reports.
  • Ensure timely logging, tracking, and closure of customer complaints as per SOP.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (90%) through quality service and issue resolution.
  • Manage inbound support (calls/chats) and handle escalated customer issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports on customer complaints, TAT, CSAT, and case closures.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Logistics & Factory teams to ensure seamless order lifecycle.
  • Conduct weekly reviews on field issues and customer complaints for process improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, or business coordination.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical reporting skills.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems preferred.
  • Healthcare/medical devices industry experience is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
