Job Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive Business Development to expand our Solar EPC business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating inquiries, managing tender submissions, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Market Research Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar EPC sector. Research potential clients, government tenders, and private sector projects. Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients. 2. Tendering & Proposal Management Track and participate in solar tenders from government and private organizations. Prepare, review, and submit technical & commercial proposals. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and bid submission. 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals. 4. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve business development targets for inquiries and conversions. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends. Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies Skills & Competencies: 1. Ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders. 2. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 3. Capability to assess business challenges and find effective solutions. 4. Focus on achieving business growth and sales targets. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections. 6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers. 7. Efficiently managing multiple tenders, inquiries, and client interactions.
