Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - OEM & Panel Builders Location : Narol-Vatva, Naroda Industrial Belt, Ahmedabad Industry: Switch Gears, Cables, Industrial Products Experience: 5-8 years Employment Type*: Full-time Job Type: B2B Sales / Operations About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated *Senior Executive / Assistant Manager* to join our team in the *OEM & Panel Builders* sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B sales, building relationships with OEMs, panel builders, and other industrial partners, and driving business growth. The role will focus on *switch gears, cables, and industrial products*. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for industrial solutions and strong business development skills. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development: - Develop and execute strategies to drive sales in the OEM, panel builder, and industrial manufacturing sectors. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and drive product solutions to meet customer needs. Product Knowledge: - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of *switch gears, cables, and industrial products*. - Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers. Client Relationship Management: - Work closely with OEMs and panel builders to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. - Conduct regular follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Sales Operations: - Coordinate and support the sales process from initial inquiry to product delivery. _ensure timely and efficient order processing, shipment, and after-sales support. - Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects. - Market Analysis: - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback. Qualifications & Requirements: - Experience: - 5-8 years of experience in *B2B sales, ideally in **switch gears, cables, or industrial products*. - Experience working with *OEMs, panel builders*, and industrial manufacturing environments. Skills: - Strong understanding of *industrial products, particularly **switch gears and cables*. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Education: - Bachelors degree in *Engineering, **Industrial Management, **Electrical* or related fields is preferred. Location: - Based in *Ahmedabad, preferably in the **Narol-Vatva, Naroda Industrial Belt* region. - Based in For Flexibles in OEM & Panel Builders New Ahmedabad Changodar, Bavla chhatral Belt . Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with *B2B sales* processes and CRM tools. - Ability to understand and address technical specifications and customer requirements. - Knowledge of the *OEM* and *panel builder* markets is a plus.
