Senior Executive/Assistant Manager HR - RecruitmentWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to work on-site in our client's Virudhachalam, Tamil Nadu upcoming factory.

Experience:
5-10 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing company; candidates preferred from FMCG, Food Processing, and Pharma companies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for RPO — a workforce of 100+ employees to be hired by January 2026.
- Work according to the company's hiring process and ensure compliance with it.
- Ensure the workforce possesses the technical, compliance, and safety skills needed for a technology-driven environment.
- Handle applicants' queries effectively, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to understand staffing needs for both technical and non-technical roles in a fully automated setting.
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies targeting candidates with experience in high-tech food production, manufacturing automation, and plant operations.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment databases, and social platforms for sourcing.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, assessing technical aptitude, regulatory compliance, and food safety awareness.
- Conduct background, reference, and compliance checks according to global food safety standards and local labor laws.
- Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach for technical and production positions.
- Maintain all hiring records in compliance with employment regulations.
- Support onboarding and succession planning for plant operations.
- Regularly report on recruitment metrics and adapt strategies in response to trends in food manufacturing automation.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, plant operations, or technology-driven environments (preferably in food or FMCG domain).
- Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools, and interview techniques tailored to automated plant requirements.
- Up-to-date familiarity with labor laws, food industry compliance, and best practices in diversity and safety hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- HRMS knowledge.
- Fluent in Tamil and English.
