Job Description

Key purpose of the Job: The candidate would provide system doing material management like, GRN, SES, Consumption, transfer of materials to the contractors, reconciliation of materials, etc. Inventory Management Overseeing and managing materials, tools, or property staging items required for real estate operations. Ensuring supplies for maintenance or construction projects are stocked and accounted for. Interacting with property buyers, tenants, or vendors to ensure smooth transactions. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining satisfaction. Collaborating with marketing teams to align inventory and resources with marketing strategies Keeping records of transactions, contracts, or inventory usage. Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of materials, furnishings, or other items required for properties. Negotiating prices and contracts with vendors to optimize costs. Overseeing the maintenance of office spaces, showrooms, or storage areas. Ensuriing compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. Addressing unexpected challenges like delays in delivery, supply shortages, or last-minute customer requests. Utilizing problem-solving skills to find timely and cost-effective solutions. Internal & External Interactions Internal: All Departments External: Vendors, Quality/ Certification authorities Education & Experience Requirement: Graduate preferably with an MBA At least 5+ years of experience in Purchase management Exposure to industries such as Real Estate/ Construction/ Infrastructure
