Manager - HR Role Clarity: Individual Contributor Client: Subsidiary of the American Pharma Job Location: Padra, Vadodara A key objective of this position is to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, strategic talent acquisition, on boarding, HR processes, and employee engagement for Padra Pharma Manufacturing Plant. Also ensuring timely completion of tasks, and continuously improving the HR system to support the organization's growth and success. Role & responsibilities Develop & implement HR policies & procedures. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, & on boarding new employees. Implement various HR processes for the Plant including Learning & Development, Performance Management, Culture Building, Employee Engagement, & other planned HR interventions. Lead employer branding initiatives. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Padra Pharma Manufacturing Plant with particular focus on critical positions, adhering to defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Effectively implementing Talent Acquisition & On boarding policies and processes. Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates in the industry or relevant fields. This involves researching competitor organizations & building a pool of passive candidates with the skills and experience that align with the company's future needs. Maintain talent pools, where passive candidates can be segmented based on their skills and interests. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the passive hiring process. This includes clear communication, timely follow-ups, & respect for candidates' time and interests. Establish & adapt new age hiring methodology like social recruiting. Facilitate the on boarding, induction, & orientation process for new employees, identify system gaps, & communicate areas of improvement. Explore, propose, & recruit new consultants & identify additional sources for talent acquisition within the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Foster long-term relationships with past applicants & potential candidates determine & recommend employee engagement practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship. Maintain employee records & ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, & performance management. Develop and implement training & development programs. Monitor employee performance & provide feedback. Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of all data, information, reports, & analytics. Generate & analyse Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, & Yearly reports as required. Perform any other tasks assigned by the functional head & company as needed. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate + MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW with 5 to 12 yrs experience in HR Operation including Talent Acquisition with any manufacturing. Candidate from Global MNC Pharma / Biotech company would be first choice. Experience ONLY in the Pharma / Biotech sector will be desirable. Should have expertise in handling Plant HR Operation & Talent Acquisition. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business and financial objectives. Candidate must have good expertise in End-to-end recruitment, Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle, documenting, induction & on-boarding activities. Knowledge of relevant labour laws & regulations. Expertise in interacting with all the employees from bottom to upper level. Good working knowledge of Labour Laws & Liasoning with government & other bodies. Skills in Multiple Stake holder management & Good networking skills. Effective in interacting with people of diverse cultures and foreign delegates. The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively and positively in response to requests made at short notice. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements. Also preference will be given to immediate joiners or who can join within 30 to 45 days after offer. Good Computer Savvy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Google Chrome). Should have excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English.
