SR. EVENT OPERATION MANAGER

About Us:

What You’ll Do:

· Lead the operational planning and execution of corporate events, IPs, and brand activations

· Develop detailed production schedules, vendor briefs, and logistics plans for each project

· Coordinate with internal teams (creative, BD, client servicing) to align execution with concept and client expectations

· Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials

· Conduct site recces, prepare risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards

· Oversee on-ground event setup, rehearsals, and live execution with precision and agility

· Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality

· Troubleshoot real-time challenges and make quick decisions to maintain event flow and client satisfaction

· Document post-event reports, learnings, and operational insights for continuous improvement 

Things You Know:

· You’ve got a sharp mind for planning, multitasking, and leading teams

· You understand how events work - from vendor calls to venue layouts

· You’re comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project management tools

· You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep cool under pressure
