About the Role

OpenSearch, Application Performance Management (APM) Tools like AppD

Developer tools and popular Browser Plug-ins to troubleshoot UI issues.
Experience in Analyzing metrics & building visualizations and Dashboards for various Functional & Technical KPIs
Demonstrable history of full cycle of production support of Issue triage, Incident & Problem management
Ability to lead a technical team of interdisciplinary peers toward issue resolution.
Strong organizational skillset and ability to track multiple issues to resolution.
Ability to test/replicate reported issues and debug with advanced problem-solving skills
Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Competencies:

Experience in
UI/UX front-end
software development
Production support experience with monitoring and troubleshooting.
Decent understanding of
NodeJs APIs development
.
Proficient in any one of the major
UI frameworks Angular, React, or Node.js
Have solid
Java/J2EE backend development experience
Ideally possess production support experience as well (nice to have)
Java/J2EE knowledge with
e-commerce web applications is preferred.
Familiarity in multi-tier web architecture and UI design.
Experience in utilizing (or designing) REST APIs.
Experience with version control (git/svn), and continuous integration tools
Knowledgeable in web best practices (e.g., browser capabilities, unit, and integra/on testing)
Good communication skills.
Hands-on experience with setting up
Monitoring & Alerting
any one of the tools.
