Job Accountabilities

Co-ordinate management of change process. Shall review, prepare and monitor management of plant change process. Shall envisage/propose benefits are validate in due course of time after implementation of changes. Updating all relevant As-built documents with close out report.

Conducting PHA, PSSR & SSSR. MIS reporting with 100% regulatory compliance.

Job Accountabilities

1. Management of Change Process:

1. Coordinate for receipt of all Management of Plant changes for providing numbering of each management of plant change.
2. Proposals review w.r.t design specifications, codes & standards
3. Preparing draft P&IDs.
4. Conducting HAZOP & PSSR with multi-disciplinary team
5. Monitoring & tracking of temporary & emergency MOCs
6. Updating the MOC register
7. Agenda preparation for site Apex management review to update the status of MOC
8. Preparing As built documents
9. Clearance for uploading the As-built documents in the REIMS
10. Monitoring the change after start-up for preparing technical close out reports for close out of MOCs.

2. Process Engineering Calculations

1. Providing required inputs for evaluating the MOCs

3. Process Safety

1. Tracking for closure of PHA & PSSR recommendation points.
2. Conducting SSSR as per the requirement and tracking the closure of recommendations.
3. Conducting RESOPs & entering observations in portal.
4. Providing inputs to sustainability reports.

4. MIS Reporting & Audit Management

1. Timely release of MIS (DGH, Executive & Integrated DPRs) reports with 100% regulatory compliances.
2. Co-ordinate for internal and external audits; Follow-up for closure of audit recommendations for 100% compliance.

5. Mini Projects

1. review w.r.t design specifications, codes & standards
2. Preparing draft P&IDs.
3. Conducting HAZOP & PSSR with multi-disciplinary team
4. Extend required support for Feasibility, FEED & Detailed Engineering.

Education Required

BE in Chemical Engineering

Experience Required

6 to 9 years of relevant experience
