Dev Key Responsibilities: Oversee the manufacturing process of Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) to ensure quality and efficiency. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of projects. Implement best manufacturing practices to optimize productivity and minimize waste. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations in the production unit. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff. Prepare production reports and maintain records for management review.
