Sr. Engineer - HSE

Job Description

Responsible for Safety and Environment Sustainability, 3R (Environment Impact Reduction), EPR, GHG sustainability (Carbon, water), should be able to upgrade continuously as per HQ guidelines or new good practices. Responsible for Health, Safety and Environment compliance of complete PRI site and India businesses. Open minded and visionary, proactive, should be able to create long term plan with specific actions, capability to take all stake holders together. Ensure zero accident or incident on site (be it for health, safety or environment). Responsible for ISO14001, ISO18001 external auditing, certification, improvements as per good global practices. Should be able to handle Statutory compliances matters and all related issues. Handling of stakeholders (external or internal) for HSE related matters, REACH/ ROHS, CMRT, EMRT, SVHC, WC compliance and declarations. Ensure all works done are complying as per certification / global standards of EHS, be it material procurement, or machines or process. Ensure training of all stakeholders on health, safety and environment matters on regular basis, specifically ensuring shop floor team (temps/ apprentice / on roll etc.) are engaged and aligned all the time. Customer & HQ handling and information sharing for any HSE related matter. Identify, discuss and implement RA/ AI / SMP/ EMP / Kaizen/ Cost reduction initiatives on site. Be a subject matter expert for complete site / stakeholders, do proactive as well as controlling work.
