Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Acrylic Cathodic Electro Deposition Paint Shop Production Incharge at Metalman Auto Ltd. located in Hosur. The Production Incharge will oversee day-to-day production operations in the painting shop, ensuring quality standards, production efficiency, and timely delivery. Qualifications Experience in Acrylic Cathodic Electro Deposition Painting Knowledge of Surface Treatment processes such as Ni-Cr Plating and Epoxy Powder Coating Leadership and Team Management skills Quality Control and Assurance expertise Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Certifications in Painting or Surface Treatment are a plus
