Job Description

Client Specification & Approved Drawing. Material Verification & Review of Mill Test Certificates. Co-ordination: Coordinating inspection activities at workshop keeping a track of progress and updating the same to client. Witnessing NDT and performing visual examinations Study and interpretation of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, Weld map and symbols Surveillance during welding to ensure the use of approved welding parameters. Ensures that all the measurement instruments are correctly managed and calibrated Raising Non-Conformity (NCR) Report for all defective materials. and resolving the same. Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking. Verification of quantities shipped, including proper packing and identification marking. Monitor safety measures & safety practices to ensure accident-free working to improve safety and Productivity
