Job Title: Senior Engineer – Construction Location: Sundargarh, Orissa, India Salary: Up to ₹65,000/month Experience: 5–8 years (preferred in Construction Projects) Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (or related field) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer (civil) to oversee construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. The candidate should have strong leadership, technical, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities at project sites. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality regulations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Review engineering drawings, designs, and technical documents. Manage scheduling, planning, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. Monitor cost control, material usage, and labor productivity. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to site challenges. Maintain documentation for project tracking and audits. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times. Key Skills and Requirements: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools. Excellent leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi. Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites if needed. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Experience working with reputed contractors or developers.
