Job Description

Monitoring and Supervising overall Project Whether the Works is going on the right track according to the Schedule Plan which was committed to Higher management and Client. Thoroughly Coordinating with Client Representative for approvals technical clarities to Execute the project on track in a smoother way. Raising Invoices to client for on time collection and Certification to the Sub contractor measurements to take up for bill processing for an interrupt free Execution at site Educate the Front-line Engineers and Supervisors to Execute the Project as per ISO 9001:2015 Standard and company norms. Also providing few a practical hand on trainings to the subordinates. Implementing Safety rules and regulations and monitoring the Site Safety Compliance as per ISO 45001:2018 14001:2015 Standard. Conducting a periodical Meeting with Client to fulfill the contractual Requirements and arranging the site requirement in terms of supply. Often providing suggestions to the site team as much as best of my knowledge for a better execution of the project during internal meetings. Also, Reviewing site Activities with Engineers Subcontractor for a better Planning and Scheduling for all Activities. Preparation of Material Reconciliation and Circulating to project teams, Also, Reviewing and Raising of material request as per site Requirements on Monthly Basis to avoid delay of Execution at Project site
