Sr Engineer / Assistant Manager - Production

Job Description

Position Title: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Production Roles & Responsibilities: Daily monitoring of plan vs actual for machining. Accountability of Material Receipt vs delivery. Improvement in STD. hrs. of each machine. Reduction in Cycle time / Setup time and rejection. Improvement in process / output delivery. Regular follow up with KPI and improvements. Standardization in Tools / fixture with respect to the operation OEE improvement and thereby reducing the break downs. TPM /TQM co-ordination Liaison with inter departments like QA, PPE, Planning, Assembly & Maintenance Adequate knowledge on CNC programming / HMC / Turning & Broaching machine knowledge. Basic awareness on ISO :9001 & 14001 concepts Handling of manpower with genuine manner. Getting the shift basis output with respect to the cycle time. Responsible for QC activities. Conducting Small group to motivate and give the training to juniors. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OEE - Improvement Reduce in Rejections and Change over time Reduction TPM and QC project Specialized and Technical Knowledge's CNC Programing, HMC & Turning. Preferred Experience: 8 to 15 yrs
