Job Description

Senior Controls / PLC & Automation Engineer

Key areas of accountability/responsibility

Installation of
Robotic line & SPMs, Weld cell.
Making new
PLC Program
&
HMI Graphics. Control wiring penal making, BOM making.
Having knowledge of
IOT 4.0 along with Scada and IPC.
Having knowledge of Communication protocol
(Device net ,CC-link ,Ethernet I/P,RS232,RS485,Profibus,CC Link IE,SSC NET).
Having Knowledge of Servo drive programming and VFD installation.
Installation and Commissioning of PLC site along with team.
Handover the project to customer with
trial pass Manual/ Auto
cycle and also give
online support
if any modification needed in future.
Can able to take lead in projects, Create New Robotic line PLC program and SPM program.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in Automation Engineering or a related field (Weld Cell Control & Automation).
