Sr. Director, Engineering MST

Role Overview: As the Sr. Director, Engineering MST at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Monetization & Studio Technology organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing engineering management, ensuring successful technology deliveries, and driving WBD's technological growth and success. You will report to the SVP and work closely with multiple capability center based delivery leads. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee M&ST capability center engineering and act as the point of contact for major M&ST programs - Collaborate with M&ST leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable workstreams - Act as the primary escalation point for capability center delivery leads when critical issues arise - Serve as the primary capability center liaison with Sr. M&ST leadership, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with objectives - Provide mentorship and guidance to delivery leads, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation within the team Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of leadership experience in the Media or Technology sector - Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering high-impact projects - Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships - In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and a passion for technology - Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred Company Details: Warner Bros.
