You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities : Data Collection : Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Data Analysis : Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques, data mining, and data visualization to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Data Interpretation : Interpret data to provide actionable insights and make recommendations to improve business operations and performance. Reporting : Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to present data analysis results and key performance indicators. Statistical Modeling : Build and apply statistical models for predictive and prescriptive analytics. Data Visualization : Create data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Data Quality Assurance : Ensure data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing data discrepancies and anomalies. Data Governance : Establish and maintain data governance practices and standards within the organization. Collaboration : Collaborate with teams from different departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and data optimization. Data Security : Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies. Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentor junior data analysts to help them develop their skills. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong track record of delivering insights and recommendations. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e. g. , Python, R, SQL, Excel). Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI). Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree in a related field. Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics. Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. Familiarity with data management and data governance practices. Industry-specific certifications in data analysis or data science.
