Job Description

Role Overview: As the Customer Experience Program Manager at Honeywell Thermal Solutions, based in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for supporting customer experience programs for the technical delivery of service revenue programs utilizing the IIoT platform TIQ. Reporting to the Technology Leader for Thermal Solutions, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and offering manager for TIQ to establish customer programs. Your role will involve acting as the interface between the customer's project contacts and the Honeywell team for service fulfillment, ensuring standardized and scalable processes are in place. Additionally, you will support the development of the service fulfillment team capabilities to drive customer centricity and commercial success of service offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the development and implementation of detailed technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions, or proprietary tools/techniques. - Define client needs, develop proposals, and oversee the implementation of complete project solutions. - Manage personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function. - Drive program execution to meet desired performance measured by customer service metrics and survey results. - Lead cross-functional program teams for new product introduction and field product-related issues. - Establish a global service provisioning team focused on open collaboration, communication, and inclusivity. - Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality delivery of approved service projects/programs. - Identify, protect, and develop critical customer service knowledge and capabilities across the organization. - Manage the program team to mitigate technical and commercial risks on customer service projects. - Work closely with various teams to track customer service program progress and drive corrective actions. - Drive continuous improvement projects and design standards for services to enhance performance, quality, and reliability. - Travel 20% of the time. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in project management, preferably in customer service programs. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage technical and commercial risks. - Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
