Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Executive/Manager to manage relationships with our software services clients, ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional service delivery. The role requires working with internal teams to meet diverse client requirements, drive satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Development, QA) to ensure on-time and quality project delivery. Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress and address any challenges proactively. Build trust with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and assist with contract renewals. Monitor and report success metrics, such as SLA adherence and client satisfaction scores. Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management within software services. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery models. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Experience with CRM and project management tools
