About The Role :: The writer will Research a given school or certification on Google (ensuring they are using a US VPN to make sure results are relevant to a US market). Find the top-performing pages that answer the questions in the template (result on Google SERPs). Record the word count and number of links on those pages. Provide content that answers the given questions in the template by sourcing from .govt websites or the governing body for a specific school or certification. Ensure that the sources used are available to be referenced (by looking at the websites terms of service). Provide links to each source with footnotes and in-text links. Run content through an on-page SEO content checker to make sure the page has an 80% score for the given topic/keyword. Make changes requested from the copy editor. Candidate Must have Experienced writing in AP style. Conversational English writer. Experience performing basic web research using Google. Experience writing for SEO. Able to adapt content to the template given.Nice to have Knowledge of website copyrights/terms of service and how they are structured. Experience performing competitive SEO research.
