Sr. Consultant - Workforce Management

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant for Workforce Software (WFS) at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of WFS solutions for clients. Your role will involve configuring modules such as Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Integrations. In addition to gathering client requirements, you will translate them into WFS configurations and provide ongoing support. You will also play a crucial role in project management, troubleshooting, and mentoring the team. Key Responsibilities: - Leading client workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into WFS configurations. - Configuring the WFS suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) using tools like JavaScript and HTML. - Managing small to mid-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting client satisfaction. - Conducting unit and system testing, troubleshooting configuration issues, and supporting data migration and go-live activities. - Guiding junior consultants, providing training and support, and sharing knowledge with the team. - Working collaboratively with internal teams (sales, support, development) and clients to ensure successful implementations. - Identifying opportunities to enhance WFS solutions and participating in internal initiatives for process improvement. Qualifications Required: - Strong Functional and Technical Expertise in Workforce Software, including modules, configurations, and integrations. - Proficiency in WFS Configuration Tools such as JavaScript, HTML, and other scripting tools for customizing WFS. - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective client communication, workshop facilitation, and solution presentation. - Project Management Skills with experience in project planning, execution, and reporting. - Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Abilities to identify and resolve technical and functional issues. - Knowledge of HCM Processes, particularly in Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management. - Experience with ERP/HCM Integrations to understand how WFS integrates with other enterprise systems. - Mentoring and Leadership Skills to guide and mentor junior consultants.
