about the role CONTEXT OF THE SERVICE / PROJECT : In the Orange group, Engineering provides expertise and support for the hosting platforms to external & internal business customers. Responsible for Level 3 expert who is Proficient in Automation, Linux Open source OS s, RedHat Linux, KVM, Ansible, Shell Scripting. Git, Jenkins, Docker, kubernetes, AWS, Azure, IAAS level 3 operations support required : incident management support problem management support Product Industrialization technology watch (study, documentation) vendor technical relations product release management (validation & documentation) training of Engineering products to other teams such as implementation, operations, Pre-Sales, and Solution & Marketing Presales support to each LOB Develop Solution proof of concept Project build & integration support (TTM or customer project) Key Result Areas Quality of support and ensure availability of Cloud and Devops services as per client s agreement Meet Customer Satisfaction ( CSAT ) Proficient in knowledge Transfer/Sharing and performing L2 Handover tasks. Effectiveness of Solutions/Support. Validation of new Products and Major Releases related to Cloud Systems with subsequent documentations Validate the customer requirement & work on the customer design & Prepare the Low Level Design Provide support to the Pre-Sales teams for validating the build process Build & Integration support for TTM and complex customer projects Perform the initial Deployment and Validation of Operating System, ,hypervisors (baremetal) on Cloud Infrastructure. Follow ITIL Compliance Contribution towards Problem Management Process Level 3 (L3) Support Root Cause Analysis Reports on Critical and Major incidents Communication with all the Stakeholders Knowledge Base and Known Error Database about you Knowledge Expert administration & troubleshooting skills on Cloud OS platforms such as Linux & Open Source Linux OS, RedHat, Ansible, Git, Shell Scripting, Docker and Kubernetes Cloud infrastructure ( IAAS and PAAS ) File system and Cloud Driver Management . Strong Troubleshooting skills Skill to Design & Implement complex configurations Strong communication skills Good interpersonal skills Should be a team player Skill Set Primary Skillset & Activity Linux Open source Operating System, RedHat OS.
