Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  multiple fit-out projects

  from mobilization to handover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Review and validate

  architectural & interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications

  to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Coordinate with

  design, procurement, site, and vendor teams

  to ensure seamless project workflow.
• Monitor

  on-site progress, quality control, and safety compliance

  .
• Manage

  vendors, contractors, and subcontractors

  ; ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Identify project

  risks, bottlenecks, and challenges

  , and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular

  client updates and stakeholder communication

  , maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Prepare

  project reports, status updates, and documentation

  for internal and client purposes.
• Mentor and guide

  project managers and site engineers

  , ensuring efficient team performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in

  commercial fit-out, office interiors, or turnkey projects

  .
• Strong

  project management skills

  : scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation.
• Knowledge of

  construction methods, material handling, and interior finishes

  .
• Ability to

  coordinate multi-disciplinary teams

  and manage client expectations.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Familiarity with project management software (

  MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.

  ) is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design

  .

• 815 years

  of experience in commercial fit-out or interior project management, with at least

  3 years in a senior/project lead role

  .
• Experience handling

  large-scale enterprise or corporate projects

  preferred.
