Job Description

Role Overview: You will partner with cross-functional teams to support system, data, or process needs that can drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include streamlining commissions process, managing implementation of necessary solutions, collaborating with Finance and Business Applications teams, ensuring standards for commissions system data quality, and distributing quota letters and sales certification letters in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist with annual planning and quota setting, provide support for quota and/or commission adjustments, and prepare reports to assess sales performance. You will also provide support to auditors for SOX commission process and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth - Streamline commissions process and manage necessary solutions - Collaborate with Finance and Business Applications teams - Ensure timely distribution of quota and sales certification letters - Assist with annual planning, quota setting, and provide support for adjustments - Analyze and prepare reports on sales performance - Provide support to auditors for SOX commission process - Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in sales compensation administration - Proficiency using a sales compensation management system - Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company - Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred - Bachelor's degree required - Experience in Xactly would be beneficial,
