Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Billing and Invoicing: Ensure compliance with contracts and actual work completed. Reconcile contractor invoices with work orders and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Quantity Surveying: Measure and calculate quantities of materials and work done at site. Verify and certify quantities for payments. Project Documentation: Maintain records of measurements, variations, and changes in work scope. Prepare cost reports and billing summaries. Coordination: Work with site engineers, contractors, and finance teams. Coordinate with Site IN charge for billing approvals. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure billing procedures comply with project contracts. Support audits by providing required documentation. Skills Required : Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Tally software. Understanding of BOQ, DPR (Daily Progress Report), and contract conditions. Attention to detail and good numerical ability. Educational Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
