Sr. Civil Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project execution. Perform site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with plans and specifications. Provide technical support and solutions for complex engineering problems. Ensure that all designs, materials, and construction methods meet project specifications and industry standards. Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting regular inspections and audits. Implement and enforce health and safety procedures on project sites. Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders. Identify and resolve cost overruns and scheduling issues proactively. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on design, construction, and project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Preferred from Pune location.
