Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Chemist to join our Production Department in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement new methods and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Ensure all products meet required specifications and standards before release.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Proven experience as a chemist in a pharmaceutical or life sciences setting.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical analysis and testing methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
