Role Description

The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, creating strategies, conducting presentations, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends and opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of industries related to design, social media marketing, and mechanical or civil design is a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results
