Job Description

Manage, generate, and expand monthly business from 250+ salons, wholesale counters, and retail outlets. Appoint additional potential salons, wholesalers, and retailers in the designated area. Generate and expand the business from existing and new distributors. Actively manage the given monthly sales targets from designated territories. Responsible for delivering primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area. Actively update the Sales app for daily sales reporting. Responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers. Network with related businesses and foster B2B relationships. Qualification: Bachelors degree with relevant sales experience 3 to 8 years of direct sales experience, preferably in salon, FMCD, FMCG, electronics, or similar sectors Strong distribution network, especially in salons, cosmetic counters, and professional retail outlets Experience in the salon and cosmetics industry with established relationships in the cosmetic\/salon trade is highly preferred Excellent communication and networking abilities Outstanding customer service skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and professionalism Collaborative and open-minded work style
