Job description We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our reach and increase revenue. Experience 6-8 years Location - Kolkata Work mode - Work from Office Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accuracy. Utilize various channels such as online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking to generate leads. Plan and manage cold outreach campaigns through email, linkedin, phone calls, etc. to generate leads and appointments. Build pipeline, follow up with potential leads and set appointments for meetings. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and engage potential clients. Understand client needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions and services. Collaboratively work with the management and all the concerned departments to design, plan and execute the sales plan. program (including determining sales/demo objectives and designing demo scenarios to meet internal and external requirements). Create proposal based on the solutions provided by subject matter experts and coordinate with business heads to propose a pricing model. Conduct regular client meetings, both in person and virtually, to discuss ongoing projects, address concerns, and identify new opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Development professional for web development company or IT agency. Must have prior experience of generating leads through outreach programs, campaigns, platforms and other channels. Must have experience in generating business from the US and European (English speaking) markets. APAC experience is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be experienced conversing with, and selling to, clients with varying levels of management and organization structures. Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics. Experience with bidding portals will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
