Position Overview: Were on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Executive with 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing sales. If you know how to turn leads into partnerships and proposals into signed deals — and have a track record to prove it — you’ll thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound lead conversion. Digital Sales Expertise: Confidently pitch Ekam Digital’s services (SEO, SMO, PPC, Website Design & Development) tailored to each prospect’s business goals. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Execute structured outreach campaigns and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Credential Pitching: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that speak to both strategic and tactical client needs. Relationship Management: Serve as the face of Ekam Digital — building trust, maintaining relationships, and uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Account Handoff & Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor moves, and client challenges to refine sales strategy. Reporting: Maintain detailed records in CRM and report on pipeline health, deal closures, and revenue targets. What You Bring: 5–7 years of proven success in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of digital channels: SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and web solutions. Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce). Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
