Key Responsibilities You Will Own (Like a Boss! ) Large-scale data gathering, cleansing, and organization from multiple sources Handlingboth structured (from in-house database) and unstructured (may have to fetch through publicly available API integrations, or web scraping by use of bots/crawlers) data in preprocessing Utilizing data visualization techniques where necessary to clearly and concisely provide findings and insights to stakeholders Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to analyze data and generate actionable insights for product development and business strategy ProductPerformance Evaluation: Track product performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements or new features based on consumer needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into technical specifications. Financial Modeling Forecasting: Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, investment decisions, and growth strategies. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership on key business metrics. Being an early-stage startup, should be willing to explore and adapt to the new methods or tools that may be useful in the journey. What makes you a great fit Legitimate experience as a Business Analyst (2-4 years) Engineering from a Tier 1 Institute Knowledge of Microsoft suite, SQL, Python (or R) expertise is required; Knowledge of data frameworks and business intelligence tools, such as Metabase is a plus Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets. Problem-solving: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose effective business solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
