Responsibilities- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with IT team. Explain requirements to the developers and get it implemented accordingly. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Report and escalate to management as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. During the UAT bug fixes, Developer will be responsible for unit testing and BA will ensure sanity testing and impacted areas of change will be tested/validated before confirming to business users Preferred skillset- A bachelor is degree in business or related field or an MBA. Over 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Banking/Financial Services domain knowledge is must Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Experience creating detailed reports and presentations. Prior experience with FICO BRE projects Implementation of scorecards Integrating FICO with the front-end systems/ third party system during the FICO DMT platform implementation. scope of services - To provide 8x5 application support during the clients business hours (i.e., 10:00-19:00 IST) during weekdays and to provide On-Call support outside these hours. The high level activities Support and BAU tasks are as under: Fixing production issues. Scorecards development and unit testing. CR development and unit testing. Bug fixes and support for SIT and UAT testing. Continuous Service Improvement (Identifying the root causes of performance issues and fixing them) Knowledge Management BRE Environment support Dev, QA, Stage
