Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, developing and implementing the technical aspects of business plans, and providing technical support to other departments. The Technical Business Analyst will be an integral part of the organization and will play a vital role in improving the overall efficiency of the company. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop technical business plans that identify and assess the risks and opportunities associated with new projects and initiatives. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights. Develop and implement the technical aspects of business plans. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Work with other departments to ensure the technical and business objectives are met. Provide technical support to other departments. Monitor the performance of systems and adjust accordingly. Research and develop new technologies that will benefit the business. Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to increase the efficiency of processes. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role. Strong understanding of business processes and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database applications, and other software programs (Azure Boards , BRD,visio,FRD).
