As a Sr Brand & UI / UX Designer at Mavlers Global Lifecycle Marketing & MarTech Agency, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and digital experience for global brands. With your expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools, you will lead various design initiatives across different touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include: - **Brand & Visual Identity Leadership:** - Own and maintain Mavlers brand identity globally. - Define, document, and enforce brand guidelines for visual consistency. - Continuously evolve the brand look and feel in alignment with business growth. - **UI / UX & Digital Experience:** - Lead UI / UX design for websites, landing pages, and product interfaces. - Create user-centric design solutions for marketing and growth initiatives. - Collaborate with marketing and development teams for accurate design implementation. - Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on data and user behavior. - **Marketing & Performance Design:** - Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, and display ads. - Develop design systems for marketing teams and optimize assets for engagement. - Create email templates and campaign assets tailored for conversion. - **Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement:** - Produce sales and marketing collaterals like pitch decks, case studies, and brochures. - Provide customized creative assets for demand generation and account-based marketing teams. - **Creative Direction & Team Collaboration:** - Guide junior designers and external partners when necessary. - Align design with business strategy by collaborating with various teams. - Introduce innovative ideas and emerging design trends into Mavlers creative ecosystem. In order to excel in this role, you should possess: - 8 to 12 years of experience in UI / UX design, brand design, and marketing-focused creative roles. - A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, websites, marketing campaigns, and UI / UX work. - In-depth knowledge of marketing funnels, CRO principles, and growth-driven design. - Previous experience in designing for both B2B and B2C digital products and marketing environments. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. - The capacity to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
