Hello Everyone, We are looking to hire a Bench Sales Recruiters. We serve to find the right people, for the right role and thereby ensuring that we fulfil our promise every time. Bench Sales Recruiter - 4-7 yrs exp Location - Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Onsite) Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days Night Shift - 6:00 pm to 3:30 am (IST) Benefits - Fixed Salary, Incentives, Bonus, Food, Cab(2 way), Insurance, Paid Leaves etc. Interview Mode - F2F (In-Person) We are seeking talented Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Identify potential client requirements through various channels, including job portals, networking, and client referrals. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Promote available consultants to clients by highlighting their skills, experience, and suitability for the job. Negotiate rates and terms of engagement with clients to maximize revenue and margins. Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely submission of consultant profiles and follow-up on interviews and client feedback. Provide regular updates to consultants on the status of their submissions and any feedback received from clients. Maintain a database of client requirements, consultant profiles, and sales activities for future reference and reporting. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate client needs and competition. Requirements for the role: Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants. Experiences in handling H1 Transfers, OPT, H1B, GC and US Citizen visa consultant on Bench. Good Negotiation Skills. Must be familiar with US Tax Terms and visa status. Experience in Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in creating awareness of the company brand. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. This is not a Work from the Home role.
