Sr. Bar Tender

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Senior Bartender to join our team. The right person will have experience in making cocktails, managing the bar, and leading junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Create and suggest new cocktails and specials.
• Train, guide, and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff.
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle customer queries politely and provide excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed.
• Follow all safety and hygiene rules.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender (minimum 3–5 years).
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
