Sr Backend & Technical Lead

Role Overview: You are a dynamic and experienced Sr Backend & Technical Lead responsible for guiding the development team. Your deep technical background in Node.js and backend systems, along with a proven track record in leading projects, will be instrumental. Your passion for innovating SaaS products will drive the technical execution of the product, provide architectural direction and mentorship to the team, and contribute significantly to the technical foundation of the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Provide technical guidance and make architectural decisions to ensure the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality software. - Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and other DevOps practices for smooth and efficient deployment cycles. - Utilize SQL for analyzing user data and metrics, translating insights into actionable product improvements. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js. - Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers. - Strong proficiency in SQL and database management. - Basic understanding of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
