MESmeRise is Hiring – Senior Automation Engineer | MES Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of PLC and HMI systems for control processes.
Mentor junior engineers, assigning project tasks and overseeing project milestones.
Engage in MES integration with familiarity in Historian, FactoryTalk Transaction Manager, KEPServerEX, and Siemens Opcenter.
Manage end-to-end project documentation, including control philosophies, flowcharts, and engineering documents. Conduct regular reviews of project execution and collaborate closely with process engineers.
Independently conduct site visits for maintenance, commissioning, and advanced troubleshooting.

Skill Requirements

Advanced PLC/HMI/SCADA
: Deep expertise in Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi platforms and the ability to architect complex control systems.
Programming Languages
: Ladder Logic, with familiarity in FBD and ST.
MES
: MES systems (Advantageous) – Historian, FactoryTalk, Siemens Opcenter.
Protocols
: TCP/IP, Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Cloud-based.
Automation Knowledge
: In-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0, safety controller programming, drive installation, and troubleshooting.
Leadership and Project Execution
: Previous team leadership experience and project lifecycle management in the automotive industry.
