Job Category: Quality Job Family: Plant Quality Assurance Job Description: The purpose of this position is to look after the overall quality parameters What you ll do Setting of specifications of products, in accordance with the customers specifications To Review HACCP plan in coordination with ascetic and HACCP team leader for all the products. To review the system, procedure and Documents on regular basis and to bring about necessary amendments based on changes in process/ Standards/Statuary compliances/ Customers expectations etc by informing system coordinator for amendments. To carry out sensory evaluation and shelf life, Daily analysis of UHT products. Ensure all process conditions are maintained as per specifications. To coordinate with production if any deviation in running product. To conduct proficiency test of all analysts. To review and analyze customer complaint Holding product until all necessary tests have been Performed. Reviewing and Implementation of inspection and test plans (ITP) and SOPs. Identify and record Work in progress and give condition release prior to completion of inspection testing in consultation with Seniors/ customers. To decide the fate of non-conforming products Assess training needs to be Sub-ordinates. Coordinate with training coordinator to facilitate training to identified sub-ordinates. Evaluate effectiveness of training provided after completion of training. Fix up the job responsibilities of lab staff To participate and carry out audits with customers and later decide to implement corrective action. Provide data to customer as per their requirement. To comply with food safety requirements and quality systems What you need to succeed Qualification: B. Sc. Chemistry/Micro, B. Tech (Dairy/Food), M. Sc (Analytic/ Organic/ Micro/Biotech) Experience: 4 to 8 Years Good knowledge on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) Readiness to work in all the shifts Positive Attitude
