Sr Associate / Lead - HRSS (Talent Management Specialist)

Senior Talent Management Specialist / Lead

end-to-end execution of performance management, succession planning, talent data integrity, and recruitment screening & BGV workflows

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management Operations & SME Support

• Act as SME for escalations related to

  performance reviews, goal alignment, talent assessments, and succession planning

  .
• Lead execution of annual Talent cycles including

  goal setting, performance reviews, succession reviews, and calibrations

  .
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of

  reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation

  .
• Partner with US Talent / COE teams to operationalize policy updates.
  

Workday Expertise & Process Optimization

• Hands-on support for

  Workday Talent, Performance, and Succession Planning modules

  .
• Partner with HRIS teams for

  issue resolution, UAT support, configuration validation, and data integrity checks

  .
• Ensure accurate Talent data including

  ratings, goals, succession plans, development actions, and learning completions

  .

Screening & Background Verification (BGV)

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates aligned with job requirements.
• Coordinate and track

  BGV activities

  , including drug test scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
• Review and share BGV results with stakeholders while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
• Maintain recruitment and BGV trackers, documentation, and compliance records.
  

Employee & Candidate Support

• Serve as point of contact for

  Talent, Workday access, BGV, and documentation-related queries

  .
• Ensure timely resolution with high-quality service delivery.
  

Leadership & Governance (Lead Role)

• Mentor junior specialists and manage workload distribution.
• Conduct

  Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  and drive corrective actions.
• Update SOPs, job aids, and Talent/BGV playbooks.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years

  of experience in

  Talent Management Operations, HRSS, HRIS, or HR Analytics

  supporting the

  US region

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Workday Talent, Performance, and Succession Planning

  .
• Experience with

  ATS systems, screening tools, and BGV coordination

  .
• Bachelors degree in

  HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development

  , or related field. (Masters preferred)
