Job Title Sr Associate, Client Tech Support Engineering Position Summary: We are seeking skilled C# .NET engineers to join our dynamic application support team. This is non-development role and ideal candidate should have good experience in analyzing and troubleshooting robust and scalable windows applications using the .NET framework along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Support: Maintain existing software systems by identifying and software defects and analyzing and troubleshooting client tickets. Windows software applications using .NET framework (C#, .NET, Angular 2+, REST, Windows Forms). Must have good understanding on application logging, event logs, traces etc. Database Management: Develop/write basic SQL queries, review stored procedures, and database structures. Experience with Oracle database is essential. Integration: understanding on Integrated software solutions by analyzing and designing system requirements, standards, and specifications. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, Angular 2+, REST, Window Forms, WPF and WCF. Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular/React. Strong knowledge of Oracle database and database concepts. Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs. Experience with Version Control Systems such as TFS, Git. Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Must have good understanding on popular application logging (SVC logs, log4net), event logs, traces etc. Exposure to Hardware Integrations Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
