Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sr. Associate - Client Relations. The Sr. Associate - Client Relations will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role entails regular communication with clients, analyzing client interactions to improve service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and improving client interactions
• Proficient in Customer Service practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the entertainment or event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
