Sr. Architect cum interior designer

• Project Leadership:Leads architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Design Development:Develops and interprets a range of structural designs, ensuring the design meets the standards, codes, and regulations of the industry.
• Team Management:Coordinates and supervises the work of junior architects and drafters, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Client Communication:Works closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and to present design proposals and solutions.
• Documentation:Prepares detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
• Coordination:Coordinates with other disciplines (e.g., engineers, contractors) to ensure project success.
• Construction Administration:Oversees the construction phase, ensuring the project is built according to the design plans and specifications.
• Compliance:Ensures compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Budget and Schedule Management:Manages project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensure: A professional architectural license is typically required.
• Experience: Extensive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Skills:
• Strong design skills and understanding of architectural principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience with sustainable design and green building practices.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects.
