Designation: Senior-level Architect Experience: 10-12 years, from a reputed college (minimum 8 years of core experience in building architecture with high-end residential interiors) Reporting To: Head of Department Working Days: Monday to Saturday Location: Gurgaon Company Overview: Artius Interior Products Pvt. For more details please visit: https://www.artius.in/ Roles and Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely completion. Prepare project flow, estimates, BOQ, BOM, and finishing schedules. Periodic site reviews for quality assurance and adherence to timelines. Design and Development: Develop concepts, 3D designs, and presentations. Create mood boards, technical drawings, and documentation. Innovate new products and solutions in timber architecture. Leadership and Team Management: Guide junior team members and foster a collaborative environment. Ensure team alignment with organizational objectives. Client Interaction: Handle high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals. Skills and Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp (3D), and MS Office.
