Sr. Android Developer

As an Android developer at our growing company, your role will involve collaborating with a team of developers to create and maintain Android apps. You should be well-versed in the Android ecosystem, mobile app development, and popular app frameworks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing codebases, fixing bugs, and developing new apps while adhering to coding guidelines and best practices. Additionally, you will work on designing tests for code robustness, integrating external libraries and APIs, and turning design templates into functioning apps. Responsibilities: - Design and develop Android apps - Create tests to ensure code robustness and performance - Fix bugs in existing apps and add new features - Work with external libraries and APIs - Collaborate with designers to implement design templates - Mentor team members and work with engineers on solutions - Implement best practices, conduct Code Reviews, Design Reviews, and optimize performance Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field - Strong understanding of programming tools and paradigms - Proficiency in Android Studio and Android SDK - Knowledge of Java programming - Experience with mobile app development and hardware integration - Ability to work in a cross-functional team and with legacy code - Excellent communication skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day shift working hours.
