About the Team The team focuses on Provide the customer the most compelling Direct To Customer experience in home improvement by developing and maintaining a strong seller network and supplier partnership within the Digital Commerce space. Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Marketplace Integrations is responsible for consulting and guiding new sellers and items onto Lowes.com providing them with integration options and best practices to efficiently synchronize their product catalogs, inventory, order management and accounting systems. The associate will have to maintain the seller relationship through the business life cycle, ensuring smooth flow of data connections and triaging issues that arise. The ideal candidate has served in a client-facing role with experience in seller or item on boarding, combined with a technical acumen to guide sellers with their API connections or other integration methods. He/She should have an understanding of the digital business or merchandising operations and home improvement. This role will partner across digital and tech, enable a clear process to get our sellers onto the site and continuously improve the process to reduce cycle time and increase seller satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Provide onboarding support to welcome sellers onto lowes.com, shepherding them through all set-up steps/activities on DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl and other seller platforms as necessary. Consult with sellers on the marketplace set-up and integration options (e.g. API, EDI, FTP, etc.), serving as the subject matter expert on the different platforms, connections and configurations, including the downstream effects of configuration choices Troubleshoot seller technical issues in partnership with the Lowe’s tech team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for sellers using various API tools such as Postman, Insomnia. Work with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, defining integration requirements via API, EDI, or FTP, and ensuring compliance with established processes. Own tasks around API docs, interpret HTTP errors, handle rate limits & pagination, API authentication (OAuth, API keys), FTP or other bulk transfers. Oversees work and execution plans, partnering with the business teams to translate business plans into tactical action items. Partners with cross-functional business and technology teams to identify and manage inter-dependencies. Manages risks, issues, decisions and scope changes. Ensure all the appropriate seller information/ item attributes are captured, verified and uploaded to ensure sellers and products are listed and meet the necessary guardrails, aligned to Lowe’s data quality guidelines Execute process/tasks assigned ensuring expected timelines are met to complete successful onboarding of seller and items without escalations owning individual operational KPIs. Work with leadership to conceptualise, design, develop and execute processes for the Seller and Item onboarding activities. Support managers/leadership in developing and maintaining SOP documents, review and refine processes for optimal efficiency. Builds and manages relationships with diverse project stakeholders on business and tech/agile teams by communicating goals, inputs needed, outputs expected, and questions/feedback to ensure that all parties are informed and working to achieve business outcomes. Meet or exceed key results (financial, operational and customer) related to digital third-party sellers through collaborative improvement Keeps leadership informed of progress, escalates for support as necessary Indirectly develops the team, participates in team-building and growth opportunities, consistently seeking to improve self and others. Years of Experience: Min 4+ Years relevant experience in online/retail merchandising, digital business, operations Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Experience with retail, digital or marketplace domain APIs. Familiarity with Postman , Insomnia, including API key setup or retrieval, downloading and installing API libraries and editing parameters or body data. Understanding of REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, JSON. Proficiency in technical debugging, root cause analysis and problem solving approaches Experience with third party marketplace systems such as DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to converse with US based sellers via email, phone, teams calls(to be evaluated) Experience in customer facing/telecall/Customer Support roles Experience working with SQL and Excel and other data/reporting tools.
